The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, but lacked good amenities, especially compared to Ibis Singapore. The service was efficient and welcoming but somewhat indifferent at times. The location was excellent for attending exhibitions but quite far from the airport. The dining experience was disappointing, opposite to Ibis Saigon Airport, with limited international options.
